Studios can apply now, register a governed workspace into pending business review, and—after approval—send versioned license proposals. Identity owners can accept, reject, counter, or revoke the exact scope. An accepted scope records the agreement; it does not yet unlock licensed generation, payment, payout, or export.

CONTROLLED-PREVIEW CONTRACT
Each proposal binds one Ready, consented YIPEE Identity to its verified owner; the Studio receives no raw Vault material.
Purpose, character, dialogue, products, restrictions, media, distribution, and generation limits stay project-specific.
Start, end, territory, retention, expiration, and future-use revocation are recorded in the immutable scope history.
The negotiation ledger records script, storyboard, every-generation, and required final-output approval terms.

Both sides are available in the signed-in Enterprise Controlled Preview. Negotiation is persisted and audited; licensed creation remains deliberately disabled.

Controlled-preview negotiation never exposes the Vault. Future licensed production can activate only after business verification, compensation settlement, production authorization, QA, Identity-owner approval, and export enforcement are connected.
