Studios, agencies, talent organizations, and rights holders can apply now. A verified natural-person administrator can create an account, register a Studio organization into pending review, and use versioned license negotiation after approval. This does not activate licensed generation, Stripe Connect/KYB, payment, creator payout, external API, SSO, or contracted support.
