COMMUNITY STANDARDS
YIPEE is built for adult creators making authorized videos with their own likeness. These standards explain the boundaries that protect people, projects, and the private spaces around them.
THE STANDARD
THE CORE RULE
A profile being discoverable never lets someone use that person’s likeness. A reference photo can guide a place, costume, object, composition, or mood, but it cannot quietly add another person as the lead of a video.
Every recognizable lead must be a Ready YIPEE Identity in the current production and must have accepted the current scope.
Vault materials, voice references, and private profiles are not social content. Collaborators and Studios do not receive raw access.
When a shared production changes in a meaningful way, the people involved review the updated version before generation or export.
NOT ALLOWED
COMMERCIAL CONTENT
You may make a promotional video with your own Ready identity and lawful brand references. Before you publish, agree the claims, required disclosures, commercial content use, channels, territory, term, payment, and approvals with the partner.
Use clear, meaningful disclosure when a brand paid you, gave you a benefit, or otherwise influenced the endorsement.
Do not present untrue product claims, fake experience, fake testimonials, or a brand endorsement that was never agreed.
A company does not receive your Vault or unrestricted likeness access because you made a promotional video together.
REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT
If you have a YIPEE account, use the private report control in the authenticated Discovery Center for a YIPEE profile, invite, or known account. Include the relevant link or handle, what happened, and any details that help us locate the record. A block can immediately stop future discovery, invites, license requests, and new unexercised use in either direction.
For an urgent safety concern, a rights complaint, or an issue you cannot report in the product, follow the copyright and reporting process. We may preserve relevant records, limit access, remove or restrict material, reject an export, suspend an account, or seek more information. We do not promise a particular outcome or response time, and we protect the privacy of everyone involved while reviewing a report.
